How to download the syllabus

  1. Open the official syllabus page linked above.
  2. Select Class 10 (Secondary), then your subject (and stream, for Class 12).
  3. Check the session/year printed on the first page of the PDF.
  4. Save the PDF and note the unit-wise marks so you can plan revision.

How to use the syllabus well

  • Compare the syllabus with your textbook chapters. Some chapters or topics may be deleted or added.
  • Note the question-paper design and marks split between theory, practical and internal assessment.
