Official links last checked: 11 October 2026.

This page explains where the official CBSE Class 10 (Secondary) result is published and how to check and download it. CBSE conducts board examinations for CBSE-affiliated schools across India, including many schools in Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. Results are published only by CBSE; GMSSS15 does not host results.

The 2027 result date is announced only by CBSE. Check the official notice; we do not guess result dates.

How to check the CBSE 10th result

  1. Open the CBSE gateway at cbse.gov.in and choose Results. When we checked, it pointed to results.digilocker.gov.in.
  2. Select the correct examination: CBSE lists main, supplementary and re-evaluation results separately.
  3. Enter the details the form asks for. The Class 12 result form for 2026 asked for roll number, school number, admit card ID and mother’s name, all printed on the admit card.
  4. Submit, check every subject on screen, and download or print the result.
  5. For a digitally verified marksheet, sign in to DigiLocker. DigiLocker states that its issued documents are legally valid under the IT Act, 2000.

In 2026 CBSE held a second board examination for Class 10 and declared its results separately (CBSE press release). Check the official notice for how the 2027 examinations will be held.

Rechecking, re-evaluation and supplementary exams

CBSE runs photocopy, verification and re-evaluation through its post-result activities portal. Dates and fees are announced in a notice after each result, so check that notice.

Common problems

  • The result site is slow or not loading. Heavy traffic is common on result day. Try again later, and use only the official link above rather than unofficial “result” sites.
  • “Invalid details” error. Copy the roll number and other details exactly as printed on your admit card.
  • Lost admit card. Your school can give you the roll number and other admit-card details.
  • Marks look wrong or a subject is missing. Contact your school first. Then follow the rechecking or re-evaluation process in the official notice, within its deadline.
  • Online result vs original marksheet. Treat the online result as provisional until you receive the original or a DigiLocker copy, unless CBSE states otherwise.
