A date sheet (exam time table) lists the date, day and timing of every board paper. This page explains where HBSE publishes the official Class 12 (Senior Secondary) date sheet and how to read it.

BSEH publishes date sheets as PDFs on its Date Sheet page. Separate sheets cover academic and open-school, main and supplementary exams.

2027 date sheet status

HBSE announces exam dates. GMSSS15 does not publish dates until they appear in an official HBSE notice, so check the official date sheet page linked above. When the PDF is released, check that it covers your class, stream and type of exam (main or supplementary).

How to download the date sheet

  1. Open the official page linked above.
  2. Find the newest notice for Class 12 (Senior Secondary) and confirm the examination year and session in its title.
  3. Open the PDF and save or print it.
  4. Mark your subject codes. Date sheets list papers by subject name and code.
  5. Check again before the exams: boards sometimes issue revised date sheets.

Common problems

  • Two different date sheets online. Trust only the version on the official HBSE website. If HBSE has issued a revised date sheet, the revised one applies.
  • Clash between two of your papers. Tell your school right away so it can raise the clash with the Board.
  • Practical exam dates missing. Practical exams are often scheduled separately. Check with your school and the official notice board.
  • Reporting time. Your admit card and the board’s instructions give the reporting time. Read them carefully.
