Current attendance
80.00%

You can miss 6 consecutive classes and still maintain at least 75% attendance.

Assumes each future class has equal attendance weight. Actual institutional rules may vary.

How to Calculate Attendance Percentage

Attendance percentage = (Classes attended ÷ Total classes held) × 100. For example, attending 80 out of 100 classes gives 80% attendance.

How Many Classes Do I Need to Attend for 75%?

If your attendance is below your target, the calculator estimates the minimum number of consecutive future classes you must attend to reach the required percentage. If you are already above the target, it calculates the maximum number of consecutive future classes you could miss without falling below it.

Important Notes

  • Enter total classes actually held, not the total number planned for the academic year.
  • Enter classes attended as a whole number no greater than classes held.
  • The calculator assumes all classes count equally and future classes are added to the total.
  • School, college, university and examination-board attendance policies may differ. Confirm the actual requirement and any permitted exemptions with your institution.
